Work Order Icons

Below is a description of the icons used on the Work Order screens in New World ERP.

Opens the Chart Chooser dialog box where you can create RFA and work order charts and graphs.

Saves the created chart on the Work Manager page so it is available the next time the page is opened.

Minimizes the Listing panel to allow for full viewing of the RFA or work order in Edit-mode on the page.

Allows you to move your cursor over the Listing Pane to collapse or open it for viewing in a smaller window.

Presents the Listing Panel and RFA or work order on the page side by side.

Expands the Listing panel to allow for full viewing of the RFA and work order listings on the page.

Performs a search on the keyword(s) entered in the Simple Search field.

Opens the Advanced Search where you can enter additional criteria to narrow the search results further.

Displays the list of RFAs or work orders on the previous page.

Displays the list of RFAs or work orders on the next page.

Opens the Request for Action to Work Order screen where you can create a new work order from the RFA selected in the list.

Opens the Add a Request For Action screen where you can creates new RFA.

Closes the Listing panel to hide the RFA or work order items listed from view.

Opens the Listing panel to display the list of RFAs or work orders.

Opens the RFA or Work Order Maintenance page in Edit mode.

Searches the open work orders in the system that are associated with the selected RFA.
